Those two pictures have given most of you some trouble so here's the solution for them...

episode "Callen G" -> letter 1 = "C" & letter 4 = "L"... change "C" to "H" as I made a mistake here...

episode "Bank Job" (not "THE Bank Job" as in the press release) -> letter 2 = "A"

So out of these two pictures you'll get "H" - "L" - "A"...
